North East, Florida, beach house, 2500-square-foot octagon sits 300 yards from the Atlantic on Vilano Beach which is the southern tip of Ponte Vedra Island, includes large second-story party deck that has clear views of both the Atlantic and the Intercostal through historical downtown Saint Augustine... The USA's Oldest City! Has a great view of the old lighthouse through the octagon portal window.

Listen to waves roar on the second deck as you gather in a full amenity, 4 bedroom, 2 living room, 2.5 bathroom, private house/property. It sleeps 16 people in beds. We do allow some pets, please check with us first.

We rent the house nightly, weekly and monthly. We believe it sits on one of the most historic and beautiful pieces of barrier island in the world. BOOK A WEEK AND ENJOY!

Some of the country's best tours are three miles away, we recommend the Old Jail Tour. Five miles north in Ponte Vedra are some of the world's most famous golf courses. By vehicle here are some approximate drive times going the speed limit:

Our Beach House sits at the southern tip of the island(also known as Porpoise Point)so you not only get the Atlantic Ocean in one direction, but you get the intercoastal waterway view in the other. The Intercoastal offers great views of passing boats and dolphins. When you click through all our photos you will see the pirate ship that sails by three times a day and is available for tourist rides!
